Accounting Associate – US Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare precise customer invoices within a fast-paced accounting setting.

• Accurately enter customer payments and ensure that received payments are documented correctly.

• Investigate and identify payment discrepancies, assisting in the resolution process.

• Acquire knowledge and navigate customer billing systems as needed.

• Understand and apply the company's market-based pricing strategy to your accounting duties.

• Undertake accounting projects that involve reconciling customer or supplier accounts.

• Independently oversee your daily responsibilities.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team and leadership.

• Take charge of assigned tasks and drive them to completion in an accurate and timely manner.

• Manage multiple accounting priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of accounting experience adhering to U.S. GAAP.

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle accounting-related projects and multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently on daily tasks.

• Capacity to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

• Comfort with numbers and conducting research on discrepancies.

• Ownership mentality with a commitment to completing assigned tasks accurately and promptly.

• CPA designation in the Philippines is advantageous.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial.

• Experience with Bill.com is a plus.

• Willingness to work U.S. hours.
