Accounting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse client portfolio spanning various industries

• Prepare VAT returns, annual financial statements, tax packages, and additional tax returns

• Collaborate with the Branch Director to present financial results

• Offer fundamental tax advice

• Assist in providing advisory services to business owners

• Operate under the guidance of an Engagement Manager

• Utilize digital tools to enhance clients’ accounting management and administrative organization

• Employ Pennylane, a digital platform, along with an internal Document Management System (DMS)

• Complete training in Exco methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (three years of higher education) in accounting or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within a public accounting firm

• Highly organized and methodical

• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proactive with the ability to make recommendations

• Keen interest in digital tools and technology
