Accounting Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Analyze weekly and monthly campaign performance data to ascertain amounts due

• Utilize campaign tracking systems to gather performance and payment details

• Reconcile anticipated payments with actual deposits and received payments

• Detect discrepancies between amounts owed and amounts disbursed, and monitor outstanding payments

• Keep precise records of payments, campaign metrics, and reconciliations

• Generate periodic reports and summaries using financial and campaign data

• Employ spreadsheets to systematically organize, analyze, and monitor payment details

• Acquire knowledge and utilize marketing campaign tracking tools like Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related field

• Background in reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

• Comfortable handling numerical data and financial information with a high degree of accuracy

• Capable of identifying and investigating discrepancies between expected and actual payments

• Open to learning and navigating new software applications

• Basic technical skills

• Familiarity with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar marketing tracking systems is advantageous

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
