Accountant – Operating Cost Reconciliation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Prepare, examine, and reconcile operating and ancillary expenses for residential and/or commercial properties.

• Generate heating and operating cost statements for complex commercial properties.

• Assess and handle objections.

• Prepare and validate heating costs and tenant information for metering service providers.

• Maintain billing-related master data in RELion.

• Review lease terms and evaluate the recoverability of specific cost items in collaboration with Property Management.

• Conduct thorough and mathematical audits of invoices pertaining to operating costs.

• Create process documentation and contribute to internal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, such as a Real Estate Agent or Commercial Property Specialist in Real Estate and Housing.

• Several years of experience in operating cost reconciliation or property management.

• Strong organizational abilities and a self-directed, diligent approach to tasks.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Ideally, experience with RELion and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Strong service orientation and customer focus.
