Accountant, FOP Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage in the accounting support activities for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) operating under the Group 3 simplified tax framework.

• Ensure timely and precise payments to FOPs.

• Aid in the calculation of taxes on FOP income and oversee timely tax remittances.

• Guarantee that FOP tax submissions are made punctually.

• Manage primary accounting documentation and verify adherence to current legal standards.

• Assist with the registration and dissolution of FOPs.

• Facilitate the opening and closing of bank accounts.

• Support the procurement of electronic digital signatures (EDS) for client banking platforms.

• Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely processes and seamless accounting operations across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an accountant specializing in individual entrepreneurs (PE).

• Proficient in using computers, including Google Docs.

• Knowledgeable about the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

• Capable of thriving in a multitasking environment.
