This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee all financial transactions while ensuring adherence to legal standards.

• Guarantee precise bookkeeping that aligns with local regulations for the corporate group, including international entities.

• Sustain and continually enhance accounting frameworks.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

• Assist in group accounting, particularly regarding intercompany transactions.

• Further refine internal accounting procedures and reporting tools, incorporating automation and AI technologies.

• Collaborate with international tax advisors.

• Engage with tax authorities to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.

• Aid in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.

• Actively seek ways to optimize and automate accounting functions.

• Deliver accurate reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making for the company’s growth.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management.

• A completed degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of international accounting and tax legislation.

• Experience working with tax advisors and authorities, preferably in an international context.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Methodical, precise, and solution-focused work style.

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
