This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the main daily contact for internal business units, serving as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Facilitate client discussions to pinpoint business challenges, objectives, target audiences, success metrics, and activation needs.
• Convert client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs.
• Influence timelines and deliverables realistically based on project complexity, scope, and resource availability.
• Proactively identify risks and suggest solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Provide reports on project performance, client satisfaction, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in project management tasks, including timeline creation, stakeholder coordination, review management, and oversight of deliveries.
• Assess incoming requests for business value, complexity, urgency, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Collect necessary inputs for creative, copy, digital, and production teams.
• Create initial project scopes, effort estimates, and recommended resource strategies.
• Document deliverables, quantities, formats, specifications, markets, channels, approvals, and dependencies.
• Compile stakeholder feedback into prioritized guidance for the creative team.
• Maintain client meeting summaries and contact reports.
• Ensure that decisions and scope adjustments are documented in project records, timelines, and creative briefs.
• Keep track of project scope and recognize any impacts on timing, effort, budget, or resources.
• Collaborate with Creative Leaders to align on project expectations, scope, and quality standards.
• Make sure that necessary approvals are obtained before progress is made.
• Represent the client's voice during internal creative reviews.
• Work with Operations and Project Management on estimates and funding recommendations.
• Assist with retainer planning, budget forecasting, and funding discussions.
• Balance business goals with the responsible use of Solve Studio resources.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher along with ten (10) years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership.
• A strong background in marketing strategy and campaign development, with the capability to consult rather than merely execute.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, preferably in an agency or in-house agency context.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• A passion for partnership and problem-solving; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
