This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main day-to-day liaison for internal business units.
• Foster strong relationships and serve as a reliable marketing advisor.
• Facilitate client discussions to pinpoint business challenges, objectives, target audiences, success metrics, and activation needs.
• Convert client requests into precise, actionable creative briefs.
• Shape realistic timelines and deliverables based on the complexity, scope, and availability of resources for projects.
• Identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.
• Provide reports on project performance, client satisfaction, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in project management, including the development of timelines, stakeholder coordination, review management, and oversight of deliveries.
• Assess incoming requests for their business value, complexity, urgency, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Collect necessary inputs for creative, copy, digital, and production teams.
• Create preliminary project scopes, effort estimates, and suggested resourcing strategies.
• Document deliverables, quantities, formats, specifications, markets, channels, approvals, and dependencies.
• Integrate stakeholder feedback into prioritized guidance for creative teams.
• Maintain ownership of client meeting summaries and contact reports.
• Ensure that decisions and changes in scope are accurately reflected in documentation, timelines, and creative briefs.
• Oversee project scope and identify effects on timing, effort, budget, and resources.
• Keep project documentation consistent and ensure continuity among supporting team members.
• Collaborate with Creative Leaders on project expectations, scope, and quality standards.
• Ensure that necessary approvals are obtained.
• Advocate for the client during internal creative reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Management on estimates and funding recommendations.
• Assist in retainer planning, budget forecasting, and funding discussions.
• Balance business goals with the prudent use of Solve Studio resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership.
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy and campaign development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, ideally within an agency or in-house agency setting.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized and proactive in approach.
• Comfortable merging strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• A passion for partnership and problem-solving.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
