This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Promote products to community/private practices, hospitals, and health systems to achieve or surpass sales targets.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with customer accounts and departments across pertinent specialties.
β’ Recognize customer training, clinical, operational, and reimbursement needs and address them with the appropriate AbbVie resources.
β’ Provide anatomical and procedural information and training, including injection techniques, postures, and anatomical insights.
β’ Deliver educational and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and hospital staff.
β’ Collaborate with fellow Account Specialists to advocate for products for approved indications.
β’ Conduct individual, departmental, or group training sessions for residents and fellows within hospital and health-system accounts.
β’ Utilize AbbVie sales and data resources to enhance productivity and product growth while executing the U.S. Marketing Plan.
β’ Adhere to company policies, reporting requests, promotional compliance requirements, and field-asset management procedures.
β’ A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
β’ A high school diploma/GED is required when qualifying through equivalent industry experience.
β’ A minimum of five years of technical experience and three or more years of sales experience is preferred when substituting experience for a bachelor's degree.
β’ Capability to manage a complex sales process and quickly grasp procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical information.
β’ Proficient in communicating, presenting, and training diverse audiences.
β’ Ability to lift or pull training models weighing between 25β100 lbs.
β’ Must meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed to cover the territory, including overnight training events and sales meetings.
β’ Proven strong sales performance, preferably in clinical, technical, or consultative sales involving multiple decision makers.
β’ Must fulfill applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and be in good standing or eligible to obtain credentials, which may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific licenses.
