Account Specialist – Engineered Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales and identify opportunities across various customer segments.

• Collaborate with Account Representatives in a designated territory to share in-depth knowledge of product groups.

• Provide education on Motion Industries products through engaging technical presentations.

• Enhance revenue and profitability by generating new business and developing existing accounts.

• Engage directly with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Comprehend complex customer needs for tailored quoting.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations while ensuring that technical specifications are fulfilled.

• Aid in on-site troubleshooting of customer issues.

• Identify, quote, engineer, and finalize product and solution sales with local clientele.

• Offer technical support as needed.

• Coordinate vendor resources to strengthen relationships and support sales efforts.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree along with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.

• Familiarity with industrial products including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial goods.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong understanding of key sales principles and best practices.

• Capacity to influence customers while nurturing positive relationships.

• Initiative-driven with the ability to work with minimal guidance.

• Competence in multitasking and effective time management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Availability for on-call duties during nights or weekends, as necessary.

• A valid driver's license is essential.

• All company vehicles will be subject to ongoing video monitoring.
