This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders while conveying AbbVie's value proposition.
• Implement the infield brand strategy effectively.
• Cultivate customer relationships and optimize opportunities through account planning.
• Manage customer engagement with target healthcare professionals across various channels.
• Establish SMART pre-call objectives that align with territory plans and brand strategy.
• Address objections and ensure a logical call to action or close during sales calls.
• Foster peer-to-peer relationships with customers and challenge existing norms.
• Educate medical providers, decision-makers, and associated healthcare professionals.
• Identify and nurture disease-state experts while building advocacy.
• Collect market intelligence and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Distinguish AbbVie's value proposition from that of competitors.
• Navigate NHS ecosystem challenges and pinpoint opportunities for collaborative outcomes.
• Share best practices and execute a growth plan.
• Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to refine the territory plan.
• Collaborate with medical and market access teams regarding customer needs and regional/national initiatives.
• Create and implement a territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy.
• Identify and allocate resources to maximize sales opportunities.
• Comply with industry regulations and AbbVie’s compliance standards.
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Capability to challenge existing norms.
• Strategic mindset.
• Proficient in data analytics for informed decision-making.
• Strong team player.
• ABPI qualified.
• Valid full driving license.
• Experience in Immunology and/or specialty secondary care is a plus but not mandatory.
