This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders and convey AbbVie's value proposition.
• Implement the infield brand strategy effectively.
• Cultivate customer relationships and optimize opportunities through account planning.
• Oversee customer engagement and selling with targeted healthcare professionals across various channels.
• Establish SMART pre-call objectives that align with territory plans and brand strategy.
• Address objections and ensure a clear call to action during sales calls.
• Foster peer-to-peer relationships with customers.
• Provide education to medical providers, decision-makers, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify and nurture disease-state experts while building advocacy.
• Collect market intelligence and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Distinguish AbbVie's value proposition from that of competitors.
• Enhance clinical, product, market, and competitive knowledge.
• Navigate barriers within the NHS ecosystem and pinpoint opportunities for collaborative outcomes.
• Share best practices and execute a growth plan.
• Analyze CRM sales reports and field intelligence to refine territory plans.
• Collaborate with medical and market access teams to address customer needs and regional/national initiatives.
• Create and implement a territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy.
• Target and allocate resources to optimize sales opportunities.
• Adhere to industry standards and AbbVie regulations.
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Capacity to challenge existing norms.
• Solutions-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analytics for informed decision-making.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Experience in Immunology and/or specialty secondary care is advantageous but not mandatory.
• ABPI qualified.
• Valid driving license.
• Option for remote work.
