Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through both inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication.

• Accurately gather and document business information to create Professional Websites or Online Marketing Campaigns.

• Oversee a portfolio of accounts during the onboarding phase.

• Promote newly launched services aimed at minimizing early-life churn and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Utilize web-based design tools to implement text and image modifications on Web.com Websites.

• Offer customers improvement recommendations based on industry best practices.

• Contribute to cross-functional team meetings to enhance processes.

• Identify and promote additional professional service offerings tailored to customer needs.

• Quickly grasp and apply new technical materials.

• Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Embrace and incorporate qualitative feedback for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for all shifts from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including holidays.

• Fundamental knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a dynamic approach.

• Committed, organized, and team-oriented.

• Strong capabilities in conflict resolution, critical thinking, and troubleshooting.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory.

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.

• A college or university degree along with 2–3 years of professional experience is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in web design with templated platforms, such as WordPress.
