Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to help customers avoid further delinquency and regain current status whenever feasible.

• Formulate solutions to aid customers in stopping or canceling vehicle repossessions.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer phone communications.

• Reach out to customers who are overdue on their auto loan payments.

• Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner to maintain and restore account status.

• Ensure customer contact details are accurate and up to date.

• Establish payment arrangements to bring accounts up to date or halt repossessions based on individual customer situations.

• Assist with additional customer service inquiries.

• Participate in mandatory virtual training sessions and engage in continual coaching and development.

• Execute any other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• High-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center setting (preferred).

• Background in the finance or automotive sector (preferred).

• Experience in any role that required exceptional customer support or persuasive abilities (preferred).

• Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

• Attendance as mandated by the department.
