Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to prevent customers from falling further behind and assist in bringing accounts up to date.

• Formulate solutions to halt or cancel vehicle repossession.

• Manage primarily inbound and outbound customer calls utilizing the phone system.

• Reach out to customers who are delinquent on auto loan payments in a consistent, efficient, and lawful manner.

• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully to ensure accounts remain current.

• Maintain up-to-date customer contact information.

• Employ the call model to establish commitments that aid in bringing accounts current and/or canceling repossessions.

• Assist with additional customer service inquiries.

• Participate in a mandatory five-week virtual training program and engage in ongoing coaching and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15mbps.

• Must adhere to company policies, processes, and legal regulations.

• Regular attendance as required by the department.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections in a call center setting (preferred).

• Background in the finance or automotive field (preferred).

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer support or persuasive communication skills (preferred).
