Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to assist customers in avoiding further delinquencies and to bring their accounts up to date.

• Formulate solutions to prevent or halt vehicle repossessions.

• Manage primarily inbound and outbound customer calls using the company's phone system.

• Reach out to customers who are behind on auto loan payments in a consistent, efficient, and lawful manner.

• Interact with customers in a professional and respectful way to ensure accounts remain current.

• Maintain up-to-date customer contact information.

• Employ the call model to establish commitments that aid in bringing accounts current or in canceling repossessions.

• Assist with additional customer service inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15mbps.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center environment (preferred).

• Background in the finance or automotive industry (preferred).

• Experience in roles that required excellent customer support or persuasive abilities (preferred).

• Availability to complete the mandatory five-week virtual training from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm PST, starting on 11/09/2026.

• Ability to adhere to one of the specified schedules.

• Commitment to comply with company policies, procedures, and legal standards.

• Regular attendance as required by the department.
