Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to prevent customers from falling further behind on payments and assist in bringing accounts up to date.

• Formulate solutions to halt or cancel vehicle repossessions.

• Primarily manage inbound and outbound customer calls through the phone system.

• Reach out to customers who are delinquent on auto loan payments in a consistent, efficient, and lawful manner.

• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully to maintain and bring accounts current.

• Ensure that customer contact details are always accurate and up to date.

• Utilize the call model to establish commitments that aid in bringing accounts current and/or halting repossessions.

• Assist with additional customer service inquiries.

• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15mbps.

• Required five-week virtual training from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm EST, commencing on 11/09/2026.

• Availability to work one of the specified schedules in Eastern Standard Time.

• Attendance as mandated by the department.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center environment (preferred).

• Background in the finance or automotive sector (preferred).

• Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer support or persuasive skills (preferred).
