Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to prevent customers from falling further behind and assist in bringing accounts up to date.

• Formulate solutions to halt or prevent vehicle repossession.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer phone communications.

• Reach out to customers who are overdue on their auto loan payments consistently, effectively, and within legal parameters.

• Engage with customers in a professional and respectful manner to ensure accounts are maintained and current.

• Maintain accurate and updated customer contact information.

• Utilize the call model to establish commitments that aid in bringing accounts current or halting repossessions.

• Assist with additional customer service inquiries.

• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma required.

• High-speed internet connection with at least 15mbps download speed is necessary.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center setting is a plus.

• Experience in the finance or automotive sectors is advantageous.

• Proven skills in delivering excellent customer support or persuasive communication are beneficial.

• Must be available for mandatory 5-week virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm EST, starting on 11/09/2026.

• Availability for one of the specified schedules in Eastern Standard Time is required.
