Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to prevent customers from falling further behind on payments and assist in bringing accounts to current status.

• Formulate approaches to halt or cancel vehicle repossessions.

• Primarily manage inbound and outbound customer calls using the company’s phone system.

• Consistently, efficiently, and lawfully reach out to customers who are overdue on auto loan payments.

• Interact professionally and respectfully with customers to help maintain their accounts in good standing.

• Ensure that customer contact details are kept current.

• Follow the call model to create agreements that assist in making accounts current and/or canceling repossessions.

• Address additional customer service inquiries as needed.

• Perform all other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• High-speed internet access with at least 15mbps download speed.

• Previous experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center setting (preferred).

• Background in the finance or automotive sectors (preferred).

• Proven track record of excellent customer support or persuasive communication skills (preferred).

• Ability to commit to a mandatory 5-week virtual training schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm EST, starting on 11/09/2026.

• Capacity to adhere to an assigned schedule in Eastern Standard Time, including weekends.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal standards.

• Attendance as required by the department.
