Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to assist customers in avoiding further delinquency and to bring accounts up to date when possible.

• Formulate solutions to halt or avoid vehicle repossession.

• Primarily manage incoming and outgoing customer calls through the company's phone system.

• Consistently, efficiently, and lawfully reach out to customers who are behind on auto loan payments.

• Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner to ensure accounts remain current.

• Maintain up-to-date contact information for customers.

• Utilize the call model to set promises that contribute to bringing accounts current and/or preventing repossessions.

• Assist with additional customer service inquiries.

• Adhere to policies, processes, and legal requirements.

• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• A high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15mbps.

• Previous experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center setting (preferred).

• Familiarity with the finance or automotive sectors (preferred).

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer support or persuasive communication skills (preferred).

• Capacity to participate in the mandatory five-week virtual training schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm EST starting 11/09/2026.

• Availability for one of the specified schedules in Eastern Standard Time.

• Compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal standards.

• Attendance as required by the department.
