Account Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to assist customers in preventing further delinquency and to bring accounts up to date whenever feasible.

• Formulate solutions to halt or prevent vehicle repossession.

• Primarily manage inbound and outbound customer calls using the company’s phone system.

• Reach out to customers who are late on their auto loan payments in a consistent, efficient, and lawful manner.

• Engage with customers in a professional and respectful manner to maintain and restore account status.

• Ensure customer contact information is kept current.

• Utilize the call model to establish commitments that aid in bringing accounts current and/or canceling repossessions.

• Address additional customer service inquiries as required.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15mbps.

• Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

• Attendance as mandated by the department.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections within a call center setting is preferred.

• Background in the finance or automotive sectors is a plus.

• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer support or persuasive communication skills is advantageous.
