Account Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute inside sales, placement, and service for SWBC and client financial products.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assess product availability and suitability.

• Support borrowers with consumer lending products and process loan applications.

• Assist customers in handling payments.

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls utilizing effective telephone sales techniques while adhering to call and departmental service standards.

• Advocate for lending and related products provided by SWBC’s business partners and clients.

• Adhere to departmental scripts and employ suitable phone etiquette, rejection rebuttals, active listening, and communication strategies.

• Record call outcomes and input relevant information into SWBC and financial institution databases.

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.

• Handle product support calls to ensure services align with marketplace and contractual expectations.

• Engage in departmental meetings and participate in product or technique training as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• At least six (6) months of inbound calling experience, which includes updating call outcomes, handling support calls, or other relevant experience is necessary.

• Experience in consumer lending is preferred.

• Strong proficiency with personal computers, including MS Excel, MS Access, and other related software.

• Ability to perform under potentially stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask effectively.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods while managing telephone calls or related tasks.

• Capable of stooping, kneeling, and lifting 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents.
