📋 Description

• Build, oversee, and enhance relationships with small to medium-sized merchants.

• Act as the primary contact for merchants, taking full ownership of commercial outcomes from start to finish.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to uncover growth, cross-selling, and risk management opportunities.

• Ensure accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and portfolio health.

• Share best practices with other AM2 colleagues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address merchant requirements.

• Determine appropriate actions when standard procedures fall short.

• Prioritize tasks and guarantee their completion in line with established policies and procedures.

• Contribute to innovative solutions and recommend efficiencies.

• Utilize sound judgment on critical matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Well-structured, organized, and capable of planning and segmenting a large portfolio while maintaining high levels of follow-through and service quality.

• Proficient in engaging in customer and commercial discussions — establishing trust, recognizing needs, and converting opportunities while keeping a strong customer focus.

• Comfortable employing AI, data, and playbooks to make informed trade-offs and escalate issues appropriately.

• Dependable team player who maintains accurate records, pipeline, and follow-ups aligned with internal stakeholders.

• Preferred experience in customer-facing roles, account servicing, or relationship management.
