Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and message potential clients.

• Quickly address incoming inquiries and provide assistance with initial questions.

• Establish rapport while assessing each client’s distinct needs and goals.

• Effectively convey service offerings and suggest suitable next steps.

• Arrange follow-ups or connect clients with the appropriate internal team members.

• Keep precise records of interactions and client notes in the CRM.
