Account Representative – Absence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the authority on ComPsych services for clients and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of absence management, departmental protocols, and tools.

• Utilize independent judgment and discretion when addressing issues related to designated accounts.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the fulfillment of the company's objectives and addressing clients' needs within the designated portfolio.

• Investigate, assess, and resolve client issues, communicating outcomes or collaborating on subsequent steps.

• Function as a trusted consultant to clients during both implementation and post-implementation phases.

• Retain, grow, and broaden the assigned portfolio by identifying opportunities to enhance services with additional products.

• Assist other Account Managers in servicing large or complex accounts through both verbal and electronic correspondence.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with ComPsych's leadership team.

• Uphold a professional demeanor that reflects ComPsych’s values and standards.

• Work autonomously while promoting a positive team atmosphere.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in creating and sustaining successful customer relationships is required.

• Experience in Account Management is a plus.

• Familiarity with benefits administration or HR compliance is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of FMLA compliance is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise is essential.

• Must be able to appear on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events.

• Capability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
