This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Serve as a key point of contact with vendors and business partners to cultivate ongoing relationships and comprehend business requirements, needs, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with members of the vendor management team to maintain intricate vendor relationships and improve the vendor experience.
• Engage with vendors to guarantee satisfaction and performance for members or providers.
• Evaluate key performance data to track and assess productivity and program compliance.
• Generate reports utilizing performance data to establish metrics and pinpoint vendor process enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to address escalations, including claims.
• Represent the organization/department during new business and process implementations, from launch to daily interactions.
• Explore new business opportunities with vendors to foster collaborative relationships that support compliance standards and requirements.
• Conduct root cause analyses with vendors to uncover business issues and challenges.
• Coordinate with workforce management and training teams to schedule and facilitate vendor training.
• Work directly with vendors on training, scheduled maintenance, and other services to inform them and provide updates on products/services.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience gained through the achievement of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of this position may be considered as a substitute.
• Familiarity with vendor relationship management and business requirements.
• Capability to evaluate key performance data and program compliance.
• Proficiency in generating reports and identifying process improvements.
• Ability to conduct root cause analyses.
• Skill in coordinating vendor training and supporting product/service updates.
