This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Serve as the point of contact between vendors and business partners to cultivate strong, ongoing relationships and comprehend business requirements, needs, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with vendor management team members to manage complex vendor relationships and improve the vendor experience.
• Engage with vendors to guarantee satisfaction and performance for both members and providers.
• Evaluate key performance data to monitor and assess the productivity of specific programs and ensure program compliance.
• Generate reports utilizing key performance data to identify metrics and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Act as a bridge between internal departments and vendors to address escalations, including claims.
• Represent the company/department during new business ventures and process implementations from the initial launch through daily operations.
• Pursue new business opportunities with vendors to foster collaborative relationships that uphold compliance with standards and requirements.
• Conduct root cause analyses with vendors to pinpoint business issues and challenges.
• Coordinate with workforce management and training teams to arrange and support vendor training sessions.
• Collaborate directly with vendors on training, scheduled maintenance, and other services to provide education and updates on products/services.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of this position may be accepted.
• Experience in sales, call centers, and vendor management is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS, Calabrio, Salesforce, Ascend, Excel, and Power BI is preferred.
