Account Manager – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass customer engagement and growth targets in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Negotiate proposals with current customers to guarantee their retention.

• Actively engage with customers to resolve any issues related to OrthoBanc services.

• Oversee an account portfolio while driving growth.

• Comprehend customer requirements and pinpoint sales opportunities.

• Promote practice upgrades to the comprehensive OrthoFi Revenue Cycle Management solution.

• Serve as a positive influence and informal leader throughout the organization.

• Provide valuable insights into the practice experience and present constructive suggestions for service enhancement.

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers and address business needs with integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience is required.

• A proficient problem solver who can collaborate across functions to resolve issues and manage escalations.

• Proven history of developing consultative relationships with a strong emphasis on follow-through and integrity.

• Previous experience utilizing a CRM tool to monitor and manage customer relationships.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Must be able to live and work full-time in Arizona, Alabama, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.
