This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products through outreach to targeted physicians within the designated territory.
• Implement sales, marketing, and patient support initiatives to attract and maintain suitable patients.
• Train and inform physician support staff on the correct usage and handling of products.
• Ensure healthcare professionals have realistic expectations concerning product usage.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Customer Enterprise teams as well as Field Medical.
• Identify prescribing trends and dynamics within the territory.
• Coordinate communication and planning to effectively allocate resources to opportunities.
• Complete necessary clinical and sales training along with compliance assignments.
• Report call activities and input customer/account details into the call reporting system.
• Submit expense reports and utilize the corporate credit card for purchases.
• Adhere to healthcare compliance, adverse event reporting, as well as travel and expense policies.
• Identify and address opportunities and challenges as they arise.
• Proactively share insights with marketing and sales leadership.
• Efficiently manage territory and administrative responsibilities.
• Preferred B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales management, with a strong background in oncology.
• Experience in specialty sales is essential.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, distribution, managed care processes, national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals, and Medicare Part D.
• Capability to measure and analyze KPIs and ROI effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and a proven track record of its application.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Proven resilience when facing challenges.
• Independent work style that is self-starting and self-managing.
• Results-oriented approach with a strategic focus on sales.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in engaging in conversations with customers when stakes are high and opinions differ.
• Willingness to travel extensively across a large geographical area, including daily and overnight travel up to 50–75% of the time.
• Successful completion of all clinical training, sales training, and eLMS/Compliance Wire assignments.
• Compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, drug laws, and regulations.
