This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and a trusted advisor.
• Showcase expertise in CBTS solutions and leverage customer opportunities that promote revenue growth and account expansion.
• Recognize, cultivate, and pursue new business opportunities within designated strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with account and services sales teams throughout the sales and pre-sales processes.
• Engage in customer discovery and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Lead business development initiatives that support pre-sales activities, including identifying, scoping, and proposing service engagements.
• Work together with account teams and internal stakeholders to formulate and implement business-aligned technology strategies.
• Supervise and facilitate the engagement of delivery resources in collaboration with Client Care Managers.
• Prepare client project mapping, insights, and monthly reporting presentations for both internal sales teams and customer-facing technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Maintain responsibility for account growth initiatives, including the adoption of strategic solutions and service expansion.
• Comply with CBTS sales processes, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Keep up-to-date with CBTS service offerings, value propositions, and applicable case studies.
• At least 10 years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Business Development, or a similar client-facing position.
• Experience operating within a consulting or professional services framework, integrating sales, delivery, and technical teams.
• Broad technical knowledge encompassing development, cloud, data, networking, and security concepts.
• Strong grasp of enterprise IT environments, digital transformation efforts, cloud platforms, AI, and hybrid delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
• Outstanding communication skills, including experience in executive-level presentations and complex negotiations.
• Ability to comprehend customer business needs and clearly articulate the value of CBTS products and services.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, delivery, and recruiting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience.
