This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to plan, prepare, and conduct professional discussions and visits related to indications with office-based specialists regarding products in pain management, neurology, and gastroenterology.

• Meet and exceed growth and revenue objectives for the relevant product line and portfolio.

• Identify and strategically engage relevant customer segments, specialists, specialized centers, and selected outpatient clinics.

• Develop and sustain relationships with regional and national opinion leaders while adhering to legal standards and Viatris guidelines.

• Analyze and proactively influence regional networks that affect prescribing patterns.

• Deliver evidence-based, indication-specific recommendations on products, services, and treatment alternatives within the assigned territory.

• Execute the current marketing and sales strategy for the territory, including personalized action plans based on CRM and market insights.

• Actively facilitate therapy transitions and initiate new patient treatments while ensuring consistent patient care.

• Serve as a scientifically informed specialist contact to enhance Viatris brands.

• Organize, conduct, and/or assist in regional and national scientific events (on-site/hybrid/digital).

• Promptly document activities, sample distribution, and customer information in the CRM system (Veeva/Salesforce.com).

• Report any adverse drug reactions within 24 hours.

• Handle administrative duties such as preparing expense reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in field sales to specialist physicians for prescription medications (Rx).

• Qualification as a Pharmareferent in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).

• A scientific degree or a medical-pharmaceutical background is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology in relevant therapy areas, particularly neurology and gastroenterology.

• Customer-focused approach with strong professional stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated sales proficiency and ability to present scientifically compelling arguments.

• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, including a strong ability to interpret regional market and healthcare data confidently.

• Self-organizational skills, digital proficiency, and structured working practices.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Residing within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in English is desirable for international studies, product information, and internal communication.
