This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Take charge of retention, renewal, and expansion goals for Halter's current regional revenue.
• Ensure that farmers fully realize the value of Halter and its effect on their agricultural operations.
• Renew client agreements and increase revenue from existing clients.
• Enhance customer interactions to promote on-farm objectives and performance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and the implementation of the Halter system on customer farms.
• Guarantee that farm owners, managers, and workers are able to effectively utilize the system.
• Foster authentic, trustworthy relationships with farmers, their teams, and families.
• Collaborate strategically with clients to define business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
• Deliver timely communication and support to farmers and team members.
• Tackle technical and operational issues.
• Represent the Halter brand within the community.
• Facilitate local discussion groups and develop community networks to enhance brand visibility.
• Serve as the customer advocate and connect customer insights to product teams.
• Offer farmer-oriented technical and practical advice on reproduction, pasture management, and agronomy.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and exemplify Halter’s Operating Principles.
• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management positions.
• Familiarity with dairy farming or experience in the agriculture sector.
• Strong commitment to supporting farmers in their success.
• Background in relationship management, account management, sales, or close customer collaboration.
• Excellent business acumen.
• Willingness to enhance business knowledge through on-the-job experiences.
• Positive mindset and a team-oriented approach.
• Capability to overcome obstacles.
