This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the territory, encompassing segmentation, territory mapping, key-account prioritization, and milestones.
• Establish strategic relationships with educational authorities, municipal leaders, and school executives.
• Lead the complete acquisition and growth cycle of strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors, budget owners, and procurement through comprehensive multi-stakeholder closing plans.
• Employ consultative, framework-driven sales approaches to transition opportunities from business case development to signed agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to facilitate onboarding, implementation, outcomes, and growth.
• Create a reliable regional partner network that includes associations, advocacy groups, and integrators.
• Represent the company at conferences, roundtables, and policy forums.
• Travel frequently throughout the NRW region, especially for outbound sales initiatives with local municipalities.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales in Germany and work closely with teams in Munich, London, and Oslo.
• Proven B2B new-business experience in creating and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience in managing extended sales cycles and achieving consensus to finalize deals.
• Background in selling to the educational or public sector is highly advantageous.
• Capability to establish credibility and trust with C-suite stakeholders and school leaders.
• Proficient in advancing complex decisions through face-to-face interactions and securing executive sponsorship.
• Skill in developing targeted go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with market segmentation, decision-maker mapping, phased milestones, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Competence in conducting structured discovery and building quantified ROI cases.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger methodologies is a plus.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Based anywhere within the NRW region.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the NRW region.
