Account Manager – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with a variety of clients

• Serve as the main contact for marketing initiatives

• Facilitate client meetings, calls, and follow-up communications

• Comprehend clients' business goals, target demographics, and marketing aspirations

• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure campaigns meet client objectives

• Liaise with media buyers and internal teams regarding campaign needs, updates, and deliverables

• Clearly and professionally convey campaign performance and insights

• Gather and relay client feedback to the internal team

• Manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups

• Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction

• Prepare and deliver campaign updates and reports

• Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Proactively recognize and swiftly address potential issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is essential

• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or a similar client-focused role

• Solid understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing

• Experience managing clients whose campaigns involve platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Comfortable leading client meetings and discussing campaign performance

• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities

• Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects at once

• Proficient English communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal marketing and performance teams

• This position does not involve hands-on campaign execution or daily ad account management
