This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee a portfolio of long-term KNN partner accounts within various health ecosystem institutions.
• Act as the main relationship manager for designated accounts during onboarding, goal setting, implementation, support, reporting, and renewal processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions.
• Facilitate onboarding, orient stakeholders, collaboratively establish partnership goals and success metrics, and set communication standards.
• Organize and lead partner meetings, Discovery visits, and other virtual and in-person interactions.
• Conduct structured needs assessments and convert partner needs into actionable recommendations for joint projects.
• Manage all projects associated with an account, assign administrative tasks to Coordinators, and work with SMEs across the KNN program office.
• Create partner assessment and recommendation reports, partnership proposals, and project plans.
• Track partner health, identify risks, and coordinate internal resources to mitigate them.
• Facilitate connections among partners and relevant KNN resources.
• Represent KNN at national gatherings and conferences.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for educational qualifications on an equivalent basis.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven track record in managing external relationships, accounts, partnerships, or member institutions effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
• Must be comfortable engaging with senior leaders in academic and/or clinical environments with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent accounts and meet deadlines with minimal daily supervision.
• Strong written communication capabilities are essential.
• Experience in drafting proposals, conducting needs assessments, writing partnership reports, or similar documents.
• Proficient in gathering and synthesizing information to evaluate needs and formulate recommendations.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the United States for in-person partner engagements.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: 6 or more years of experience in academic medicine, health professions education, health systems, or related organizations.
