Account Manager – Northern and Eastern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal and professional assistance to existing customers within the industrial packaging sales sector and the industrial packaging return service (recycling).

• Recognize potential clients and cultivate new business connections within the specified territory.

• Source new suppliers for used packaging (IBCs, drums, and canisters).

• Compute, prepare, and follow up on customer-specific quotations.

• Conduct technical consultations and showcase products and services to clients.

• Manage the processing and resolution of customer complaints.

• Assist with customer-specific administrative duties.

• Support the planning of sales targets for the designated postal code area.

• Work collaboratively with inside sales, field sales associates, specialized departments, and sales management.

• Generate statistics and analyses for sales management.

• Engage in sales-promotional events such as trade fairs and sales meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Ideally possess sales experience within an industrial setting.

• Technical knowledge of products and solutions that require explanation.

• Resilience, excellent communication skills, reliability, self-motivation, and initiative.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP/CRM/BW is advantageous.

• Permanent residency within the designated territory.

• Adequate space and facilities for remote work.
