This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Lead strategic account management, ensure service excellence, and maintain account retention for AbsenceOne clients.
• Cultivate successful relationships with AbsenceOne clients and brokers.
• Oversee a client portfolio comprising 8-10 accounts.
• Act as a member of the AbsenceOne Center of Excellence Team.
• Collaborate with Sedgwick and internal partners to guarantee consistent service delivery and prompt, accurate resolution of issues and program enhancements.
• Participate in sales finalist meetings and advocate for the service excellence of the AbsenceOne program.
• Contribute ideas, insights, and process improvements to enhance customer service excellence.
• Develop and refine reporting and data analytics for the AbsenceOne segment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of client-facing experience, ideally in the insurance sector.
• 4-5 years of experience in benefits and/or leave administration is advantageous.
• Capability to support primarily West Region accounts, including Mountain and Pacific time zones.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to tackle complex problems and recognize opportunities for process improvement.
• High learning agility and adaptability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong skills in collaboration and teamwork.
• Excellent analytical and interpretative skills.
• Resilient and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%-20%.
