
Account Manager – Mobile Surgery Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision-makers in Ambulatory Surgery Centers and similar outpatient procedural settings.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize Mobile Surgery opportunities involving Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services.
• Collaborate effectively with Mobile Surgery District Sales Leaders, Key Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers, Demo Specialists, Clinical Applications Specialists, and Services and Solutions team members.
• Create territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into defined objectives and targets.
• Formulate and enhance business strategies for key ASC accounts, customers, and territories to meet sales goals.
• Document the territory installation base and devise plans to address assigned ASC accounts, including competitive accounts.
• Develop a segmentation strategy and analyze territory market potential.
• Propel the sales process by identifying customer events, engaging stakeholders, nurturing coaches, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with both external and internal customers.
• Provide customer-centric solutions by comprehending customer needs and challenges.
• Travel across Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona, including overnight trips.
• Over 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment sales targeting the ASC, OR, Radiology, outpatient procedural, orthopedic, spine, pain management, vascular, or similar surgical environments.
• Proven Solution Selling and execution capabilities within a complex team selling framework.
• BS/BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Capacity to meet minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to travel within the designated geography to facilitate ASC customer meetings, stakeholder engagement, C-Arm demonstrations, and territory development.
• Must be a resident of Southern California.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
• US work authorization is mandatory; candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered.
