This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for account management issues, encompassing staffing strategies, escalations, and ongoing planning.
• Establish and nurture relationships with store operations managers, district managers, merchandising leaders, distribution-center leaders, HR representatives, and other key stakeholders.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's environment, factoring in seasonal hiring surges, reset and remodel schedules, inventory events, and customer traffic patterns.
• Sustain and expand client contracts by identifying upselling and growth opportunities across various locations, distribution centers, regions, and job categories.
• Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships, aligning WorkWhile's solutions with clients' operational objectives and labor challenges.
• Ensure the timely and effective fulfillment of shifts and workforce solutions in accordance with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide updates on workforce initiatives' progress to internal teams and client stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Predict and monitor fill rates, worker performance, client satisfaction scores, and revenue growth.
• Compile account health reports and business reviews for operations leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales to uncover growth opportunities and enhance WorkWhile's presence across various stores, banners, and regions.
• Partner with Operations to guarantee that worker supply aligns with client demand during peak periods.
• Address complex client requests and issue escalations, delivering prompt resolutions to reduce operational disruptions.
• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, preferably within retail, merchandising, staffing, or workforce solutions.
• Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong grasp of retail operations, labor dynamics, and staffing challenges specific to high-volume, shift-based environments.
• Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders across all levels, from store managers to VP-level executives.
• Experience overseeing multi-location or enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Google Suite.
• A history of delivering client-centered solutions and achieving retention and growth targets.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
