This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Meet and surpass quota goals by effectively implementing sales strategies and account planning.
• Oversee customer accounts and cultivate strong relationships.
• Offer software licenses, cloud subscription revenue, professional services, and handle renewals.
• Create effective account plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets and foster sustainable growth.
• Formulate and present comprehensive business plans that address customer needs and challenges.
• Use benchmarking and ROI metrics to aid customer decision-making processes.
• Build robust relationships with management and C-level executives based on customer needs and value.
• Lay the groundwork for future business opportunities and precise account strategy development.
• Comprehend each customer's technology landscape, strategic growth objectives, technology strategies, and competitive environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and issues by reviewing public information on customers and competitors.
• Conduct white-space analysis and implement upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, Pre-Sales, Support, Business Operations, and Professional Services to create a strong sales pipeline.
• Showcase IFS industry solutions, including line-of-business applications, enterprise asset management, MRO, analytics, mobility, and technology offerings.
• Aim to convert customers into IFS references.
• Assist with IFS promotions and regional events.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management, particularly in complex software sales.
• Strong familiarity with field service, workforce scheduling, warranty, reverse logistics, and mobile solutions, especially mobile workforce management is preferred.
• Proven capability to manage a sales quota.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving quota targets.
• Strategic value-selling skills.
• Proficient in communicating and effectively persuading C-level decision-makers.
• Ability to quickly articulate the value proposition of IFS.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with solution experts.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• High levels of initiative, persistence, and enthusiasm.
• Adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.
