This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for all account management activities for clients, encompassing staffing planning, escalations, and ongoing strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with site and warehouse managers, operations and fleet leaders, safety managers, HR leaders, and other essential stakeholders.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each client's operational landscape, which includes shift patterns, volume forecasts, delivery routes, equipment and certification requirements, and safety standards, to proactively address workforce needs.
• Maintain and expand client contracts by identifying upsell and growth opportunities across new sites, shifts, markets, or job categories.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, aligning WorkWhile's solutions with operational objectives and labor challenges.
• Ensure the timely and successful fulfillment of shifts and workforce solutions in accordance with client expectations and service level agreements.
• Communicate the status of weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce initiatives to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including fill rates, worker performance, client satisfaction scores, and revenue growth.
• Prepare regular health reports and business reviews tailored to operations leadership.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand WorkWhile's presence across new facilities, markets, or regions.
• Partner with Operations teams to ensure worker supply aligns with client demand, particularly during peak periods.
• Support with challenging client requests or issue escalations, delivering swift and effective resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, preferably in logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery, staffing, or workforce solutions.
• Strong grasp of warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations, labor dynamics, and the specific staffing challenges associated with high-volume, shift-based environments.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels—from site supervisors to VP-level operations executives.
• Experience managing multi-site or enterprise accounts is a significant advantage.
• Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Google Suite.
• A history of delivering client-focused solutions and achieving retention and growth targets.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
