This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to foster continuous growth within allergy and autoimmunity portfolios.
• Meet and surpass sales and activity targets while delivering on agreed company and individual metrics.
• Oversee the pipeline from prospecting to closure, emphasizing customer retention, expansion, and growth.
• Comprehend healthcare systems, patient pathways, therapy areas, and laboratory processes relevant to the assigned territory.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with decision-makers in primary care, secondary care, and laboratories.
• Advocate for diagnostic test portfolios and enhance patient pathways.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure territory success.
• Lead responses to tenders and handle negotiations, quotations, and contracts.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and document activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Assess customer, market, and competitor trends and offer actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the annual AOP process.
• Maintain relationships with local key opinion leaders.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and educational workshops.
• Participate in domestic and international internal and external meetings as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems and processes.
• Travel as needed in this customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in sales; experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, patient pathways, and laboratory processes.
• Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to manage intricate sales cycles, including tenders and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Highly organized with effective pipeline management and forecasting skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong ability to engage effectively with partners at all organizational levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing business environment.
• Proficiency in data-driven analysis and decision-making.
• Full clean driving license.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably SFDC.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Standard Monday–Friday work schedule.
