This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Facilitate the adoption of QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus and associated immune response diagnostics among hospitals, laboratories, private practitioners, public health organizations, and integrated delivery networks.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline utilizing CRM best practices, ensuring forecast precision and strategic territory management.
• Navigate the contracting processes with healthcare entities, including hospitals, laboratories, and governmental accounts.
• Position QFT-Plus as a viable alternative to the TB skin test by leveraging clinical, operational, and financial arguments.
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding, implementation, and integration phases with laboratory, clinical, and EMR workflows.
• Provide education to lab directors, infectious disease specialists, infection preventionists, and procurement stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, medical, technical support, and field application teams.
• Convey market feedback and clinical insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Aid in fostering selling partner relationships and channel expansion strategies when applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred: biomedical sciences, molecular diagnostics, or microbiology).
• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
• A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the diagnostic market and laboratory workflows.
• Experience in value-based selling.
• Ability to articulate clinical data and navigate multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the designated territory.
• Experience in capital equipment sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with TB testing, immunology-based assays, or laboratory automation solutions.
• Understanding of QuantiFERON technology and screening guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and other regulatory bodies and professional societies.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, regulatory pathways, and laboratory accreditation standards.
