This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement strategic territory plans aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Facilitate new business development across hospitals, health systems, and cardiovascular service lines.
• Oversee opportunities from initial prospecting to contract execution and implementation handover.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical, operational, executive, and technical stakeholders.
• Showcase and demonstrate cardiovascular software solutions to physicians, administrators, imaging leaders, and IT teams.
• Recognize customer needs and align solutions to enhance workflow efficiency, interoperability, and clinical outcomes.
• Keep precise sales forecasts and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with clinical specialists, product management, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and healthcare events.
• Stay informed about healthcare IT trends, cardiovascular imaging technologies, competitive offerings, and market developments.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle throughout a specified Central U.S. territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations.
• Promote growth and foster enduring partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of proven success in healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, physician groups, or healthcare networks.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to assess customer needs and formulate strategic solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as required.
• Preferred experience in selling healthcare software, SaaS, clinical applications, imaging informatics, PACS, CVIS, or related healthcare IT solutions.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular workflows, cardiac imaging, cardiology departments, or hospital-based clinical systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DICOM, interoperability standards, and healthcare technology integrations is preferred.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare purchasing environments is a plus.
• Candidates should reside in or have easy access to the Central United States territory.
