Account Manager, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Build new partnerships with senior care facilities by showcasing therapy services to nursing or facility management through phone calls or in-person meetings.

• Coordinate the onboarding of therapists at senior care facilities in collaboration with nursing heads, physicians, patients, administration, and therapists.

• Assist in coordinating responses when changes impact treatment guarantees for patients.

• Capture and update senior care facility information in the CRM system.

• Organize and plan the workday autonomously.

• Provide regular reports to the supervisor and collaboratively monitor KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the Philippines.

• Legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

• Proficient in German.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and/or managing accounts or partnerships.

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong, persuasive communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Capable of managing the entire process from client acquisition to ongoing support.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Collaborative team player.

• Eagerness for personal and professional growth.

• Ideally, familiar with one of the major CRM systems.
