Account Manager – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee current partners comprehensively, ensuring daily communication and maintaining retention.

• Keep the data of existing partners accurate and current.

• Finalize agreements, document deals, set up campaigns in Keitaro, configure postbacks, and oversee implementation.

• Notify the business of any potential shifts in terms within the current partner network.

• Assess traffic quality and payback data, alerting media buyers about any changes or declines.

• Manage partner debts, collections, payments, and the flow of documentation.

• Execute reconciliation between company data and partner data.

• Keep track of caps, inform buyers when limits are close to being reached, and coordinate subsequent actions.

• Liaise with partners regarding placements.

• Communicate with buyers concerning existing partner requests and offerings.

• Assist in deal closure by preparing statistical data and negotiation insights.

• Prepare the business for conferences by providing essential information and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an affiliate manager, account manager, or partner manager in iGaming or affiliate marketing.

• Strong understanding of affiliate program mechanics, including payment structures, attribution windows, and caps.

• Familiarity with Keitaro or similar tracking systems.

• Knowledge of traffic payback metrics and the ability to analyze partner dashboard data effectively.

• Excellent negotiation and partner communication abilities.

• Experience managing document flow and accounts receivable oversight.

• Capability to handle large volumes of information while prioritizing effectively.

• Proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Adequate English language proficiency for partner communication.
