This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Identify and seek out new enterprise-level opportunities across hospitals, health systems, IDNs, medical education, B2B, and distribution channels.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies for handheld ultrasound product lines.
• Establish trusting relationships with procurement teams, B2B partners, C-suite executives, and other key decision-makers.
• Lead intricate negotiations that involve multi-year agreements, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists, marketing, and product teams on demonstrations, proposals, and value-based selling initiatives.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain pipeline forecasting, update CRM systems, and conduct regular business reviews with leadership.
• Identify, nurture, and finalize strategic partnerships with multi-site B2B organizations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value partners and assist with product integration into partner operations.
• Oversee distributor and channel-partner relationships.
• Collaborate with universities, teaching hospitals, and training organizations on medical education initiatives.
• Investigate co-marketing and co-education opportunities.
• Work alongside pharmaceutical companies to integrate ultrasound into drug delivery programs and joint go-to-market strategies, excluding clinical trial partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• 3-5 years of proven success in capital imaging equipment, software, or clinical sales, ideally with enterprise or government accounts.
• Experience handling high-value, complex sales cycles.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Experience meeting sales quotas and forecasting, with a history of surpassing sales targets.
• Knowledge of the ultrasound and medical imaging industry, along with basic clinical understanding of anatomy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic client relationships.
• Competent in computer usage and experienced with Salesforce CRM.
• Capable of working independently while adhering to strategic guidelines in designated markets.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
