This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +2 more countries.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of DoiT’s business operations, cloud management platform, support services, and client requirements.
• Sustain knowledge, context, and accountability for assigned clients.
• Oversee communication with vendor teams concerning customer growth opportunities and revenue potential.
• Manage customer support escalations until resolution and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
• Identify new workload opportunities within clients’ cloud environments and SaaS solutions.
• Establish regular interactions with the full customer portfolio.
• Compile customer feedback to align products and solutions with client needs.
• Provide insights and requests to engineering teams to guide prioritization.
• Conduct quarterly customer reviews that cover project timelines, projected cloud-platform expenditures, and DoiT support and engagement.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key cloud providers.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities within customer cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cloud vendor sales representatives on shared customers.
• Foster existing customer relationships, identify additional engagement opportunities, support vendor-team coordination, and ensure customer retention.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management serving the EMEA market.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor, etc.).
• Experience in supporting customers within the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or other cloud vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Strong technical abilities that facilitate effective engagement with technical teams.
• Capacity to build influential relationships.
• Exceptional operational and administrative skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate from overarching concepts to minute details.
• Aspiration to grow within the organization and continuously expand skill sets.
• Cloud certifications are advantageous, including AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader certifications.
