This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +2 more countries.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of DoiT’s business, cloud management platform, support, services, and customer requirements.
• Take ownership of customer context, communication, and relationships with vendor teams to showcase value and uncover revenue growth opportunities.
• Handle customer support escalations until resolution while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize long-term agreements with key stakeholders.
• Discover new workload possibilities within customers’ cloud environments and SaaS solutions.
• Establish consistent engagement with the customer portfolio, balancing both strategic and emerging clients.
• Gather customer feedback to align products and solutions with their needs.
• Relay customer insights to engineering teams and assist in prioritizing development deliverables.
• Conduct quarterly customer reviews that cover project timelines, anticipated cloud platform expenditures, and DoiT support and engagement.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key cloud providers.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization in customer cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cloud-vendor sales representatives on shared customers.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management catering to the EMEA market.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor, etc.).
• Experience in supporting customers within the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or other cloud vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish.
• Strong technical abilities to facilitate effective engagement with technical teams.
• Capability to build influential relationships.
• Exceptional operational and administrative skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to grasp both the broader perspective and finer details.
• A desire for personal growth within the organization and a commitment to continuously expanding skill sets.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader certifications are advantageous.
