Account Manager – Email Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through Slack and email.

• Take full ownership of each account’s journey from inception to delivery.

• Strategically plan work for both one-time setups and retainer clients.

• Assign daily tasks to copywriters, designers, and implementers.

• Review flows, campaigns, pop-ups, and reports prior to client delivery.

• Manage priorities, deadlines, and transitions using ClickUp and Notion.

• Monitor account performance metrics in Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Hiro Analytics.

• Transform performance data into actionable next steps and concise client updates.

• Utilize Claude and ChatGPT for drafting, summarizing, and planning tasks.

• Contribute to team development as the client base grows.

• Ensure timely delivery of client work that meets established standards.

• Gradually assume daily client responsibilities from the founder, managing planning and review independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience at another agency, serving as the main contact for clients.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in written form via Slack and email.

• Understanding of lifecycle journeys for e-commerce brands in email and SMS marketing.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo and Omnisend is essential.

• Comfortable using Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Claude, and ChatGPT.

• Experience with Hiro Analytics is beneficial.

• Knowledge of peptide or supplement brands is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Possess an ownership mindset.
